I recently had my hair done for the first time ever in a salon. Over the the years I had become very particular in who I let touch my hair. But Aretha did a very wonderful job the service was good,a little slow, but good.She catered to my needs and what I wanted done to my hair.And it turned out really nice so cudos to what she does over there. I look forward to my next appointment and becoming a regular customer.

This is a great salon family-based, professional environment. The Aretha is very professional in all aspects and is an expert on training healthy hair. If you want your hair to be HEALTHY and TREATED properly then this is the sylist for you. The Aretha has also educated me on how to care for my hair between visits to avoid damaging my own hair. Alot of stylst don't provide such information and/or only concerned about getting you in and out. I have been a client for a number of years and has constantly been complimented on how healthy and pretty my hair is. Make an appointment and you will love your hair.

Very very bad service! Had to wait HOURS after I initially set my appointment and walk-ins were seen before me which I thought was very unprofessional. Basically, she gave me the run around because she didn't want to do my hair because of it's bad condition. I feel like a person shouldn't have an appointment based system if they can't handle it and she definitely cannot. Also, the picture of her salon is completely MISREPRESENTED. It doesn't look like her salon at all. The salon is in a house. I would never recommend this salon to anyone! My wedding hair didn't cost as much as what she charged me for a simple wash and flat iron-- cost $70. I should have received a discount for her making me wait and when I asked about it she said no even when I referred to her website offering discounts to first time clients she told me no. This was THE WORST salon I've ever been to. I wouldn't write all this if I didn't feel it was absolute necessary--but it is!

The facility is extremely clean and relaxing. The environment is welcoming to all ages. It feels good to be able to come to a stylist that is versatile and continues to be educated on the new trends and styles while focusing on treating the hair.
